Slowly the angel stood,
Watching his wild lover shake,
Her mind tormented by two separate souls,
One wild, one tame,
Both to fight for their own name.
Chained to bedpost,
Clawed hands bound behind,
Her hair fell across her weary face,
Her eyes burning with fire found in cats alone.
Crouching near her panting form,
He brushed her hair from her face,
A small smile twists his lip,
And his eyes trace her shivering skin.
"What do you want from me?!" She whispers hatefully,
"What are you going to do? Destroy me like the others of my blood?
"I never knew you hunted my kind!" She spat at his feet,
Her teeth glaring in the bedroom light.
Sighing gently,
The angel reached for her jaw,
Gently cupping her face,
He looked into her eyes.
"I wish to tame you.
"And to love you.
"I wish for you to see the pain you are causing yourself,
"And I wish for you to listen."
Startled and scared,
Wary and untrusting,
Her heart pounded in her veins,
The thrum of their heartbeats combined in her ears.
For one moment,
She might have believed,
She might have trusted in love,
Heavens knew love always burnt her before,
But here was an angel,
Promising her his heart…
For one moment,
She might have believed,
But the dark wings behind his form softly touched the floor,
A single feather shed, reminding her of his thoughts before.
He wanted to tame her, take away the part of her that made her, her.
"How can you love, what you hate?!" She growled,
Glaring up at him from under even wilder hair.
Tilting his head, the angel smiled at her,
"Can you, Tenebris, love a wild animal?! Can you?!"she said louder.
Slowly, he brushed away her hair again,
And gently kissed her on her forehead,
Breathing shakily,
His wary eyes connected with hers,
He whispered, "I already do."

Therian
How long has it been since I was alive?
Gliding here in the skies, watching the sun and moon rise and set hourly, the winds shifting through my once physical form, the seasons no longer discriminate with the quick passing of time. When I first found myself here I felt I had to run to keep up with the changing, but I quickly realized the futility of the effort, since then resorting to floating on here effortlessly.
I no longer knew the feeling of sleep. I would close my eyes and open them to a whole new world, signifying that time had passed, but just how much? Now that I had no physical form to feel rest, to feel anxiety, how did I know whe

Therian is something you can not see
It's something we need to believe.
It's the soul of a wolf within thee
In believing this we wait for the moons eve.
If you are blessed with a wolves spirit,
Then nature and time seem to be equal.
It's the idea that we were once wolves,
But reincarnated into humans.
The feeling of warmth lingering on the moon beams.
The feeling that your unique.
Therian is not just a thought it

My therian awaking
The path of the wolf:
It all started six years ago, looking back I´ve always been a little different than others in my age. Just six years ago, when I was 13, it was the second week of august, the night of Friday, I had a significant dream. It was about dolphins and how I've always liked them, something within me stirred, but until this summer I couldn´t comprehend it´s meaning. Before that night I never felt a special connection to any animal, but ever since this certain thing kept growing and slowly developed shape.
2005: (still far from understanding anything) I started developing a deep connection and longing towards dolp

That... I wish I had written that.
Stunning, well worded, and in all honesty, something that so aptly describes how some of us therians really are: wild and untamable.
I applaud you, and you have a new watcher.
